booking policy
Thank you for choosing Tookie Did It. Please see below the terms and conditions for our 50% non-refundable deposit policy:
Definition: For this agreement, "deposit" refers to 50% of the total fee required to be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
Payment: The deposit amount must be paid in full at the time of booking your appointment. Failure to pay the deposit on time will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Non-refundable: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the client, rescheduling, late arrival, or no-show.
Confirmation: The deposit confirms your booking and reserves the date(s) and time(s) specified in the confirmation email. No other bookings will be accepted for those date(s) and time(s).
Balance: The balance of the appointment fee is due on the day of the service via cash or Zelle only.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event of cancellation by Tookie Did It, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule the booking, the deposit will be applied to the new date(s) and time(s), subject to availability. The client must request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment time. The client may only transfer the deposit once to reschedule.
Liability: We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the client's failure to adhere to the terms and conditions, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, or deposit transfer.
By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions. Please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding the deposit policy.
